At Guest In Residence, we strive to ensure you love your high-quality cashmere pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all original tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully fold your cashmere items and place them back into the original shipping box or a similar protective mailer along with the packing slip.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
